Design Engineer, Engineer of Record. Prepared plans and design reports for ground level parking lot, street and street scape reconstruction project in downtown Reno. The project included 1.8 acre, 233 space, ground level parking lot, and 3100 lf. of downtown street reconstruction with decorative colored and stamped concrete sidewalks and crosswalks.

Victorian Square, located in downtown Sparks, Nevada, is a pedestrian friendly district that plays host to many great events including the Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-off, Hot August Nights, and Farmer's Markets. Victorian Square includes Century Sparks 14 Theatre, John Ascuaga's Nugget, Silver Club Casino, and many other local retail stores and restaurants. Mr. Burgoyne has been the only Civil Engineering consultant for the design and construction of the Water Fountain , Roadways, Streetscape, and Infrastructure Improvements since 1998
